Today I am taking the train to Hogwarts. I am soooooooooooooo excited, as this will be my first year. I am also a little bit scared. My mum says that is to be expected. She was excited and scared her first time too. She has told me so many things about her time at Hogwarts though so that has taken the edge off of some of the scariness. One thing I am scared of is the sorting hat! I don't want to be a Slytherin. I come from a long line of Hufflepuffs and that's what I want to be!!! What if I am put in a different house!?! I am so nervous. I am sure I will faint when the headmaster puts the hat on my head. Oh, I have to go now, Diarly, my mum is calling! It's time to go to the station!!!
