I got my sock partner today! She is Cassandra Hopkirk. A Ravenclaw girl. I have seen her in the main hall at meals but haven't spoken to her yet. I will make an effort today as I have time. I finally got flowers from my Orchideous charm. Lovely peach roses. My fav! Tomorrow me Mum is sending me my broom by owl. I totally forgot it at home. I could have sworn I packed it but I guess with all the excitement it was forgotten. I am glad I realized it before classes started. I wouldn't want to be stuck with one of the spare wonky brooms. I would probably end up on the other side of the world unable to stop it or something.
