I have the bag done for my sock pal. I just got the yarn for her too it is beautiful. Now I have been shopping around in Hogsmead for needles and stitch markers. I have a few other things I have my eye on for her. I hope she likes the kit. I love how the bag turned out. It's my first time felted and I think it turned out quit well, if I do say so myself. I am sorry I haven't written much lately. I have been busy what with school, social outings and events, with a little knitting time stuck in here and there. It has been a busy time for me. I am hoping things will calm down a little bit soonish. Until next time

Hufflepuff Quiz

Hogmead
This weekend we went to Hogsmead. It was soooo much fun hanging out with everyone looking at all the different sometimes odd or oogy things in Dervish & Banges. I also loved the butterbeer and relaxing after such a hard week of studies in The Three Broomsticks. Everyone was there getting warmed up. I think though my favorite shop had to be Honeyduke's Sweetshop. I do love my chocolate. No I didn't get any chocolate froggies. I love froggies and I would only beable to keep it and look at it instead of eating it.

Road Trip!!!

Ok I can't see how it happened, but it did! I overslept and missed the whole snitch looking incident! LOL Oh well, Congrats to Griffendors. We, Hufflepuffs are still in the lead though. YAY.

Quiditch this and that...
Wow I have been so busy with my studies the past week. So much has happened around here. The Ravenclaws got into trouble and have to clean out bed pans by hand, even! EEEyuck.... I couldn't imagine doing that. Like I have always said, I would never make a good nurse.
Oh and no getting sick or you will be sent off to the hospital! Poor Madame Pompfrey is ill. How did this happen? I never knew she could get sick. She heals so well and has so many potions wonder what laid her up? I wonder if it is catchy? I mean I was there last week with my cold could I catch it!!!
I have been working on the bag for my swap partner. I hope it goes well. I am trying something new it's called felting. I have never tried doing this before. I mean knitting something big then shrinking it on purpose? What a brillant idea. A lot of the girls around Hogwarts say they have tried it and it worked out really nicely for them and produced a neat little item. So, I am trying this "felting" stuff out, of course having after reading all about it and doing tons of research on it. One can't be too prepared, can one? I really like my swap partner, Cassandra. She is a dear. We have been getting to know each other and she is a very sweet person. I am enjoying knitting for her and picking out the other things for her bag.
